Sichuan Jinhong Municipal Facilities Co., Ltd. was restructured from Chengdu Jinhong Coloured Cement Products Factory. Established in 1997, the factory adhered to the principle that ‘quality is the lifeblood of the enterprise’. It supplied substantial quantities of precast concrete components, paving bricks, manhole covers and other construction materials for major projects including the renovation of Chengdu's Funan River and the construction of key urban thoroughfares (such as the Second Ring Road, Third Ring Road, Shudu Avenue, Renmin North Road and Renmin South Road), earning an excellent reputation within the industry.

In 2009, following restructuring, Sichuan Jin Hong Municipal Facilities Co., Ltd. was established. The production base relocated to the Dujiangyan Economic Development Zone in Chengdu, occupying a site area of 12,000 square metres with factory premises spanning 4,400 square metres.

Upholding Jin Hong Factory's principle that ‘Quality is the lifeblood of the enterprise’, the company adheres to scientific formulations and premium raw materials. It continuously upgrades production equipment, optimises manufacturing processes, establishes robust management systems, and refines its after-sales service framework to deliver cost-effective building materials for urban development.

The company's primary products include: precast concrete components (customised reinforced concrete covers), kerbstones, and pavement slabs; polymer manhole covers, polymer water meter box covers, and gratings; stainless steel manhole covers and electrical inspection covers; ductile iron manhole covers and rainwater gratings; polymer imitation antique cylindrical tiles and small blue tiles.

Beyond traditional cement products, the company's proprietary ‘Jinhong Brand Polymer Moulded Manhole Covers and Drain Grates’ are manufactured using polyester resin, modified polystyrene, high-strength glass fibre, modified PS, and other high-strength materials, formed through high-temperature moulding. The product's performance and technology meet advanced national standards, with all performance indicators complying with GB/T 23858-2009 national standards, CJ/T211-2005/CJ/T212-2005 industry standards, DB51/5057-2008 local standards, and relevant national requirements.
